HONEST REVIEW: Recently requested service for my heating unit (*redacted) not working properly. It stopped working on a Sunday, and Polar Express is one of the only 24hr companies near me. Had a technician named Justin come out that Monday and look. He told us it was a wire that "wasn't plugged in all the way", plugged it in and charged us for a wire replacement. We were also charged for a full system check. He told us the system was properly working again. We paid before he left, $207. Our heat went out again two days later... read more
