I don't recommend Poland Medical Center is because of their office staff. My physician Dr O'Brien is amazing but the staff are all rude and never even smile. When I call in I get the same girl who answers she has black hair and she does not even respond in a professional manner. She sounds like she hates her job immensely and you can tell in her voice she is never smiling. I work as a administrative Assistant and if I answered a call in such a matter I would be fired.
