I met with Dr. Pokharna. To set the stage. I have struggled with Migraines off and on for years, and experienced stroke like symptoms. I opted to Go to USC after having very positive success after two orthopedic surgeries in years past. Dr's at USC are very accomplished and is why I chose them. I have struggled with Migraines off and on for years, and experienced stroke like symptoms. I opted to Go to USC after having very positive success with USC in other areas of medicine. Dr.Pokharna was very thorough, knowledgeable and took her time to answer all of my questions. She took the time to go over my CT Scan with me and to explain why I had these symptoms, gave me REAL solutions and explained my medicine regimen. She is very knowledgeable and I had an excellent experience!!

Too bad I can't give her a negative. There's no way I'd ever recommend her. She makes poor judgement with your medicine. She never remembers anything about you. She misses things in your file that are right in front of her face. If she doesn't know what to say, she sits there and stares at you. There's never any explaination given to you, she's mostly an in and out doctor that charges your insurance and makes you waste money on a co-pay.
