I have a child with Down syndrome. She was very understanding and very patience with him. We will not go anywhere else. She is great.

I have known Doctor Pokala for 10 years! She is like family! And a great dentist! Also the sweetest lady ever!

Dr. Pokala is a very fine dentist. I was referred to her by a friend whose children have never had any cavities, so imagine my surprise when my daughter had 14!! She has had 3 visits to fix the cavities, and they have all been has pleasant as possible. Dr. Pokala even called to see if she was okay a few hours after the latesed work was done. The office is fun, the staff is very helpful, and Dr. Pokala is intelligent, knowledgeable, and skillful. I was referred to Dr. Pokala by a friend. Her son had been to her many times, and never had a cavity, so imagine my surprise when my 3-year-old daughter turned out to have 14!!! My daughter freaks out at a blood test, so I was extremely nervous about the 5 visits it would take to fill her cavities. she's done two visits and 6 cavities so far, and is doing great!! Great with my older children. Recommended sealants on baby teeth that are not covered by insurance. My toddler cried through the whole appointment and although I'm not sure what could have been done to stop the crying, there was no effort made to console the child on the office's part. Dr. and dental tech are helpful and mean well. My children have been seeing Dr. Pokala for a little over a year now and our experience has been great! The doctor and the staff are friendly and very gentle with the kids. They explain to the kids what the gadgets are and what they are going to do each step of the way and that seemed to help my children relax and feel reassured. On one occasion, we had to see another doctor who shares this practice because we had to change the appointment at the last minute. Guess what? She was great, too! My two year old has seen Dr Pokala twice now - she is wonderful. Her staff are all very helpful and knowledgable and provide a very comfortable setting for a two year old who doesn't uderstand what is going on. I really appreciated the customer service without having unnecessary services thrown at me. We live about 25 minutes away, but she's worth the drive and I will continue to have my daughter see her throughout all of her dental care needs.

This has been my daughters pedatric dentist since she was 2, and she is now 9. Dr Pokola has a wonderful staff who are highly qualified to work with children. Dr Pokola is patient, gentle, and works wonderfully with kids! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her staff. Highly recommended!
