Very unprofessional. The nurse who saw me complained the entire time about wishing she was home, there are neon signs covering every inch of the walls with poorly written, passive aggressive notes: "do not touch my computer!" "do not let children run wild in my clinic!" "no food or drink in my clinic!" It's obvious from the signs and the demeanor that it is a "my" attitude office, and patients are seen as bothers. After being taken for a ride by several vets in Fort Smith, my parents suggested that we try out their vet in Van Buren. So we loaded up our dogs and drove them to PTAC and we are glad we did. The staff and dr's were very friendly and helpful. They're prices have always been more than fair. Whenever we have had emergencies, they have always helped us out.
