The entire staff is friendly and very patient.
My hygienist V is excellent. Shes friendly, efficient, and good at what she does. Dr Duggan as well as another lady with blonde hair are really nice and efficient when checking my teeth after my cleaning. The staff who are responsible for checking you in, answering phones, etc are great as well. I highly recommend this office.

Tired of coming in fifteen minutes early with nobody in the office and getting called on fifteen minutes later than my appt.How come a woman is five minutres late for her appt.gets in two minutes later while I wait for 15 minutes?This has happened the last three visits!Appears to be a bias favoring millennial women.My wife suggests I bill you for my time but I'll probably just find someone in Dunkirk who appreciates a long time customer

Staff is very efficient and courteous. Even though I no longer work in Bowie I still come here for hygiene and dental work. I love the flexible appointment times!
I like Dr. Castle and Valencia, so I keep going back to them even though I have moved out of the area.
Lost a filling Wednesday. Got appt next day. Taken on time and maybe even early. Procedure took less than an hour. Professional treatment the entire time appt.
