I've been a patient here for over 20 years. I needed two crowns on my teeth, and when I had pictures taken of them and sent to the insurance company, they denied my request for coverage. I went ahead with the procedure, with a different doctor (Dr. Dholoo), and she took one look at the pictures and said she could take better ones with her camera and that she would send them back to the insurance company for an appeal along with a personal letter. I have been going to Dr Duggan over 20 years. always gives exemplary service.
The people are very friendly and explain what is necessary for you to keep good oral hygiene. They always do a thorough job and I leave pleased with the work performed.
Show up early all the time.No one in waiting room but I still get taken 25-35 minutes late.Last three appointments!
I'm very satisfied with this dental practice. Hygienist Valencia is very good, very attentive. And Dr. Castle was excellent when I needed actual dentistry (installing implants).
