I have been using Point Pest Control for over a year now. They let you know when they are coming aND are very polite.. The service technician does a great job. He sprays the exterior of my home and keeps the carpenter ants out of my house! Yea!

I have used Pointe now for several years. My tech is Dan and he is always courteous to me and my Tenants.....he takes great care to make sure the problem is solved and arrives when he says he will be there. He manages several different buildings for me, and it's never the same problem.....but he has the knowledge to treat each case with the right treatment to solve the case.
Pointe is always great and always comes out right away when I have a problem, Dan who performs my services is very nice and does a great job! I highly recommend pointe pest control.
Pointe has been excellent! I’ve used them for my house for several years now. Great job eliminating mice from warming up in my garage and also sprayed and eliminated carpenter bees. I highly recommend them. If you’re not satisfied with anything at any time, they send someone back to resolve the issue.
Malik listened to my concerns about the ants coming in and my concern about a new baby in the house. He took the time to explain how he would treat the outside and paid special attention to where they are coming in. He also explained that he could come back and use safe gel (he wouldn’t spray inside) if the ants weren’t gone. I greatly appreciate his expertise and time both advising me and understanding and addressing my concerns. He was very kind and professional!
