We thought we had some termite activity and Tom followed up with us immediately! He contacted us to schedule a site visit within one day. Tom did a thorough inspection inside and outside of our home. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with our technician as well, who thought he should take a picture of the areas in question to his manager to see what the next steps would be. Very reliable outfit. No bugs! They are prompt, courteous, and send out notice before they come out for scheduled service.
There is no getting out of a Pointe Pest Control contract - even after telling them (after 2 years) that you don’t need them any more.
Our technician is Dan and he's very knowledgeable. We have a service plan and he comes out quarterly and every time that we call in between with an issue. We have an ongoing problem with bees behind the shutters and they continue to come out until the problem is solved.

My camera caught the tech doing the job. He did everything including wiping the spider webs off of our hedge. Very impressed!!
