They allow construction at all hours of the night and on weekends. It’s always loud and dusty.
They allow construction at all hours and on the weekend. I have made a repeated attempts to have the homeowners association help me. But apparently the rules do not actually apply to owners. The sad part is this is a super nice community, but they allow owners who don't even live here ruin it for the people that actually do. Specifically apartment #1109
Very good location behind the shops and public grocery and Sandestin shops.
