Towing my car After 18 months of living in this community, once I parked my car in open area parking and I forgot to put my parking sign on it. Without any notice they towed my car and cost me about $300! They had my car number in their files and had seen it there every night for more than 18 months!

As our team explained, our courtesy patrol is not privy to resident's vehicle information. Permits are not assigned to specific vehicles. This way residents can move their permit to another vehicle when necessary, and still have a spot. Great Place To Live I love living here... The office is fair and is over the top kind to everyone. The maintenance staff is totally on top of things They work very hard to keep the property safe. They just redid the pool and its like being at a 5 star resort with fire pits TV ping pong beverages bbq lighting. I have to say that this place is so quiet and no problems really with neighbors.
