Verified Renter We have lived at Pointe Niguel for over 25 years. The community and facility is far better than any other facility in the area. The grounds are kept up very well. One truly gets the feeling that this is Home. Not your typical apartment complex community.

Verified Renter We are very happy living at Pointe Niguel. The townhouse has been recently updated and perfect for what we need. The office staff, and maintenance crew, are easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It's a great dog friendly complex with plenty of green grass and pet stations. The complex is nicely landscaped, and it has a lot of big trees. Quiet, comfortable place!

Verified Renter It is a quiet, friendly community. Residents are friendly and happy. Leasing staff is acomodating with your requests, maintenance is efficient, quick at addresding problems, friendly. Over all it is a great community for being in a large compkex. It is a great place to live. It is not a community that has unhappy residents it is well kep and clean attracting a much happier set of residents. The pools are well msintained and clean. Its a great place to live. I recommend it to friends.
