Maintenance employees are very friendly and extremely quick to respond. Units are large and well appointed with great outdoor spaces. I highly recommend Pointe Niguel to anyone looking for their next residence.
Verified Renter Pointe Niguel is well maintained and a good community to live in. Apartments are modern and have lots of amenities and are very spacious. Location is good and parking is good as well. Office staff is courteous, caring and responsive. Maintenance staff is responsive and always takes care of issues. I highly recommend living here and is a good value for the money. I've lived here 5 and a half years.
Verified Renter Pointe Niguel has been my home for many years and the community is great. The grounds and facilities are outstanding and enjoyable. My apartment was remodelled a year ago and is modern, clean and has all the appliances including W/D for my convenience. Great one-bedroom apartment.
