After 10 years of suffering in my condominium, Manors 11, they finally got rid of Pointe Management. The worst thing that can happen to any condominium is having them as a management company. I'm surprised their license is still valid. Don't even think about hiring them!

Is the worst managment company ever, the brother owner of the company with out a managment license order the Maintenace people to enter into 3 of my units at the manors building 11 and broke the walls ,remove the toilets ,with out an owner authorization and after a week of the destroying 3 bathrooms in 3 different units on 4174 inverrary drive ,manors building 11, they send me a letter for authorize to enter ,plus they never repair the damage ,and the person to order the maintenance people from them do not has a licence ,... read more
