Horrible if I could leave ZERO stars I would they never answer phones they don’t return calls and they will be quick to give u a 30 day notice with no reason to why they won’t renew your lease DONT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
I scheduled a tour over email with an explicit day, date, and time. When I arrived at the property and waited for 15 minutes, calling the email listed with no response. Finally, the call was picked up and when asked about the scheduled tour, the woman on the phone stated that it was scheduled for the upcoming Friday instead of the day (Wednesday) explicitly discussed in the email. No apology or attempt at correcting the mistake was made, and instead she asked me if Friday worked as if this had been our first correspondence. ... read more
