Love this place! Parking is easy, the laundry room is clean, and the staff in the office are always polite and quick to help. The pool looks great too, even though I haven’t used it yet.
SCAM ALERT: Do Not Trust This Business My girlfriend and I recently had a terrible experience here. Beware of Desiree. She explicitly told us we were already approved, despite us being upfront about having a "hit" on our records. She reassured us multiple times that they could work with us regardless of our history. She initially asked for a $100 money order, then acted like she was doing us a favor by telling us to just bring $60 "in case" we weren't approved—all while continuing to guarantee that we would be. After 4 years as a resident I was surprised to find out that our renewal offer for a two-bedroom, two-bath unit was $1299, while the same layout is advertised at $1099 for new residents. Loyal tenants shouldn’t pay more than newcomers for the exact same unit — better transparency and fairness in pricing is needed.”
