She explicitly told us we were already approved, despite us being upfront about having a "hit" on our records. She reassured us multiple times that they could work with us regardless of our history. She initially asked for a $100 money order, then acted like she was doing us a favor by telling us to just bring $60 "in case" we weren't approved—all while continuing to guarantee that we would be. After 4 years as a resident I was surprised to find out that our renewal offer for a two-bedroom, two-bath unit was $1299, while the same layout is advertised at $1099 for new residents. Loyal tenants shouldn’t pay more than newcomers for the exact same unit — better transparency and fairness in pricing is needed.”
Great community property safe and always clean
We moved here almost 6 months ago and I thought it was time to leave my honest review. If you are looking at the reviews, and are worried about those mentioning infested apartments with roaches, or any other insects, I want to say that is not true. Fruit flies were more annoying, but these are everywhere in Austin, really, and I found my ways to keep them out of the apartment, and it wasn’t too big of an issue.
