Walls are very thin you can literally hear what people are speaking upstairs. Poor parking you never know when your car will be stolen so please have anti theft in your car. And you have the common laundry and every single time one of them is broken! And they don't have cameras in the parking. So you will never know who stole what! I’ve lived here around three months and overall it’s a nice community. Parking is easy, the laundry room is clean, and the staff in the office are always polite and quick to help. The pool looks great too, even though I haven’t used it yet. The only real problem is the noise from upstairs. The floors are very thin — I can hear every step, creak, and sometimes even their music or snoring. Don't rent here. They are awful and unhelpful. Terrible cockroaches and they nickel and dime you with fees and charges.
I moved here as a temporary thing. I never would have guessed how affordable, comfy, safe, and friendly the place was. I'm grateful for my neighbors, theres plenty of parking, and management/maintenance respond so quickly. How nice is it to hear "Hi Marie" when I walk in the office. I just singed my 3rd lease and will continue to live her as long as I can.
