My children were almost patients with Point Loma Pediatrics. I kept trying to call and verify for a week that our children’s records were properly being transferred over, but the front desk gentleman kept telling me he had no record of us then, stating we need to transfer our records..I was highly confused. Terrible experience. First time there. Would never go again. Front desk irresponsibly gave the wrong information about the timing causing a waste of my child's precious time. Dr. Davis refused to admit the mistake her staff made, blamed the customer for calling her office asking for the report promised and also threatened the patient through email. Think twice before you go. Would you want to risk your child's life in someone irresponsible or couldn't even tell the truth?
