Dr. Ryan is an excellent doctor and is very understanding of the issues you talk to him about, and truly tries to help his patients. Thankful to have him as my doc!
Was assigned DR Ryan as a new patient with Blue shield. Had a digital copy of my ID card. With Dr Ryan's name and address on it. Got there early. Filled out paperwork. Only to be told they wouldn't see me because I didnt have a physical ID card, was told they wouldn't be paid without uploading their own id scan. Which I did not get from Blue Shield. Advised I could send the digital copy via email immediately. Which they said no. As a diabetic and new resident of California, worst customer service ever.
