Everytime I’ve been to Point Blank the experience has been positive. Staff is knowledgeable when asking for assistance or product information. Range is climate controlled and clean. Overall great place.
the range is nice the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable
$75 transfer fee and big attitude from the salesperson. He said they didn’t want to do transfers at all. Go elsewhere. Way too expensive to deal with a jerk.

The staff members are courteous but always alert. Also, it feels like a safe place to be around people with guns.
Friendly staff. We actually went over our hour time limit, so I stepped up to the counter to compensate them for the additional time spent on the range. I told the gentleman that I assumed the attendant would have notified us, and apologized. He told me not to worry about it, they had gotten busy, and to have a nice day, and come back. I will most certainly do that the next time I’m in town.
