I have to say, most of the time I do not like gun shop people. Arrogant, abrasive know-it-all. NOT HERE. Extremely helpful, pleasant and informative. Tried out a handgun. Got great information from the range guy. Very pleasant girl set me up with everything. Perfect.

I drive an extra 10 miles to go there. good knowledgeable friendly people and very competitive pricing make it worth it. wish they had a longer range.
It was great having this new range-gun shop in Louisville, Ky. Knowledgeable, polite employees at the Louisville range I attend. Most greet me by my name; they appreciate those of us who support them and I will always shoot at Point Blank. My one wish is that they sold reloading gear.
The store is always clean and organized. I always looks forward to going back.
Went to the Grove City Ohio location today to purchase ammo stood in line way too long. One person ahead of me and both employees helping that person. Looked like one maybe training the other. I get we need to train employees but that should have been accomplished before the store’s grand opening.
Staff was welcoming and very helpful. David was exceptional! Very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, explained different brands and options. Felt like I was talking guns with a buddy I'd known all my life. Highly recommend visiting and talking with the staff here for any questions you may have regarding firearms.
