Love the selection, the Range and Helpful Staff, Just purchased my first firearm and have been to 2 Classes and was impressed with the classes and how the instructors were top notch, the range personnel were very helpful to me and helped me at the range the first time I shot! Great Place can't say enough good things!!
Four stars only because I have nothing to compare Point Blank with. Staff for the most part is friendly. Range is outstanding. One negative: Do not use Midwest 9mm ammo. My understanding this is thier store brand. This brand jammed in my hand gun three times, whiched to PMC and had no issues. Bottom line: I like this place. Until something better comes along I will continue to be a customer.
Terrible prices, expensive transfers and too many pretend know it all employees with severe attitude problems. What a joke.
I recently purchased a Christmas gift for my husband and "warren" was by far the most helpful, patient, nicest gun salesman I have ever met... Being a female who doesn't know to much about guns but the make, models etc of what was wanted he went above and beyond to help me and make sure I had the correct gift to make my husbands Christmas... I totally recommend point blank... Any other shop I went to Dunhams, Dicks, other gun shops treated me like I was an idiot and Wareen was the polar opposite..... wanted to help me rather... read more
Visited both Carmel and Greenwood stores this week. Can't wait to go back. Really good service and best ranges in the Midwest! Lot's of ammo.
Great inventory, prices and staff. They were knowledgeable and friendly.
I have bought 2 firearms from them they are very helpful and friendly and they have a great range I wouldn't think about going to a different range
The staff is great, prices are great, and I love the atmosphere!!
