I bought my gun there during a week night and there wasn't much personnel so I had to wait probably 20 min. However they know their business, they are very helpful and do a thorough job. I have been there with my family at least 4 times to rent a line for shooting. We have been in line less than 10 min and have always rented the lines for an hour. Weekends are busy and they might need to put a cap sometime, which makes sense. All the personnel is very knowledagble and helpful.
Only complaint is the time cap of 30 minutes after drive over 50 to meet my son there.
I have recently purchased firearms and other items at this Blue Ash location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean well stocked. Most importantly it is safe. Well done Point Blank
Was very impressed with the staff and there willingness to help in anyway possible. Shooting range was also very nice environment for training.
