They sell reloaded ammunition as new ammunition and the staff don't know the difference. A bunch of incredibly rude, arrogant, ignorant, and childish people work there. Teenagers as range officials talk down to my marine friend. Ridiculous.
Helpful professional employees
Point Blank lost my business permanently yesterday. I went in to speak with a manager about a customer service issue that I'd had, and asked him what he could do to resolve my concern. Specifically, I asked for a competitive price on the gun that I was in the market to purchase (the gunshop down the road has friendlier, more knowledgable people, as well as better prices). My wife and I where in town visiting family and decided to stop by the P.B. West location. Hands down the best indoor gun range and shop I've been to eons! Extremely friendly an knowledgeable staff. Everyone from the counter personnel to the range officers where extremely helpful and kind. Great HUGE selection. Very clean and easy to navigate. Just wish we still lived in town so we could get the membership.

Even with the active duty military discount the prices at the western hills store were the highest ive ever paid to shoot at a range. Luckily i brought my own ammo, walmart is $5 cheaper per box of 45. I thought it was hilarious to see a Beta mag selling for $400 when they sell all day long for half that or less anywhere else. Clean range but not worth being ripped off.
I've been to the new Harrison Ave location a couple of times. Great place to shoot and nice folks behind the counters.
Very pleasant and informative staff. Everyone seemed eager to help and answer all my questions. I will be back.
