While touring in person, other group was complaining about $150 rent hike, 3 hours later the unit I wanted to get a $100 increase and after I put the application, office calls me and says there is a $2700 option while I was looking for a $2300 units. Horrendous experience!
Just moved into the building and so far I am absolutely loving it. Christina (the building manager) is amazing to work with and is on top of everything. She is very accommodating and let my girlfriend and I move in early on a weekend so that we did not have to take time off work. The building is incredibly clean and well taken care of. I am proud to live here and would highly recommend it to someone looking for a nice place to live!
Can't say enough about this building or their staff. My fiancee and I had toured almost all of the neighboring luxury apartments in Malden, Revere and a few other places around. When you walk into the building there are no muggy or nasty smells, you're greeted with a very fresh scent, the elevators smell good and are a good size.
