Went through automated car wash and my gas cap door was ripped off

Went for my car inspection it was very simple and easy. VIP treat
I went to get my car washed this morning at poinciana car wash, and I was told I had to spend an extra $10 for a hand wash because my car had too much bird poop on it. When I tried to explain to the guy I come there at least once to twice a week he told me it did not matter and I would have to spend the extra money. Then, I called Poinciana car wash to let them know they just lost customer and the manager didn't seem to care. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a customer that way. I went in for an oil change today and I met a gentleman by the name of Ken. His customer service was excellent. I will be going back later today to have my car detailed because of his service. I also spoke with the service department manager (sorry I forgot his name �) he was very pleasant and his costumer service was great. The owner stepped out of his office to speak with me. (I don't know how to spell his name lol but it's Italian) You get a free wash AND you are able to use vacuum for Free with the oil change. I'm comin... read more
I can't rave enough about the amazing job that Poinciana Car Wash did on my mini van! My vehicle was in terrible condition inside and out and when David Brown handed me my keys it looked like a brand new van. So impressed!
Let me first say I never write a review I just came out of this place it was amazing these guys went the extra mile on so many things it definitely was worth twice as much as I paid definitely suggest going for a wash and and and and interior clean for 20 or so bucks
Great place to come to, great quality service and did an amazing job on my car! Ask for Dave he did a phenomenal job.
