RecommendedI only live in Fort Lauderdale part time. My car sits for many weeks at a time outside (but under a cover). I always bring it to Poinciana and they do an awesome job making her look like new....and for a very reasonable price. Everyone there is professional and so nice.
2.5 months ago I took my car in to get washed. After my car came out I noticed a trim panel on my door was missing and reported to the manager. For 2 months I called repeatedly to try and resolve the damage. Always got excuse the owner was away and not 1 time did they call me. I even asked if they would pull the footage of my car coming in from their cameras and no response. IT'S A GOOD PLACE BUT FUCKING UP ON THEY PAY ROLL
I came in for a car wash and saw they do window tinting. I had my old tint removed and new tint put on by Santos. SANTOS DID AN AWESOME JOB!! I am very happy and will refer all my friends to him for windo tinting! Thank you again!
Personnel locked themselves out of my car after sending it through the wash. They called someone over from the work bay (Don, I believe his name was) who then used a pop a lock kit typically used by tow truck drivers to unlock my driver's door. Once opened, I saw the huge gouges in the paint and cuts into the molding around my door. I asked for him to come back and address the issue. It is the one car wash/detailing facility that pays attention to detail. Owner is usually on site and oversees that the smallest details are attended to. This is uncommon in just about every place we have tried in the past in Fort Lauderdale.
A little confusing when you pull in. Where to go, where to stop, no one out there to help. Once it got in and done the car looked great. Fast job too!
