Take the time to consult with him regarding your expectation of how your car will look, based on your detail selection. My car had lots of bugs and I thought a clean and wax would do the trick, but not the case. I highly recommend!
For me it was not a good experience..mirror broke off during a wash only..they had me wait off to the side for 15-20 min..only for the managers To walk over and complain that he had to interrupt his lunch because of this..I explained he just had me wait 15 min. With groceries in my vehicle..and he then proceeds to ask me how it happened..really..I just went thru your car wash ..??? He asks me to follow him to see the sign that says they aren’t responsible ..and he asks did you see this..? Really..?? Terrible customer service... read more
