I bought my vehicle on 11/16/19 and as of today (over 2 months) I still have not received my tag. I haven’t received any follow up from the dealership although I have made numerous attempts to try and figure out the issue. My temporary tag expires in 3 days and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Will never do business with these people again.
I went to see victor at Pohanka Nissan and I walk out that night with the keys to my new car 🥰🥰
They are a honest great team of folks. Delray Smith always comes through for everyone i send his way and he never tries to persuade ppl into a bad deal he's honest and for the buyer.
I don’t recommend Nissan PERIOD !!! They have done 5 different procedures on my car and swore it was “FIXED” every time. Now here I am STILL with a brand new car I got in November, that doesn’t work properly ! Dash freezes, all steering wheel Buttons stop working and NOW since they replaced the radio a few DAYS ago the USB port stops working as well. And they have STILL yet to bring out a real field tech. They just want to keep literally guessing what is wrong with my car. I can NOT wait to trade it in and be DONE with Nissa... read more
