Pohanka Nissan in Salisbury is the worst dealership I ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I have had so many service failures that i don't even want to try to list them here, but I have detailed reviews on yelp. Stay away, their service people don't fix things properly, charge ridiculous rates and they sold me a vehicle which was supposed to have a $600 hitch on it and somehow when they delivered it I found there was none.
Well here we go again. .. did NOT want to go there for anything but I had to on 3-11-2024. My wheel lug lock disappeared and I had no other way to get them removed. So I called their parts dept. who told me they had them and the 4 lugs would be $40 (Ebay sells 24 of them OEM for under $25) but I agreed to bring it in. Having had terrible problems in the past with them calling me I gave them a number I can delete which I never used there before. I believe things did occur that Mr. ******* did not understand and his version is not exactly correct. But we will not debate this. He does not have to be right for us to be wrong and visa versa. I spoke with him the minute I found out about this experience. He has bought a car somewhere else and has formed a relationship with them. We do make mistakes and apologized to him.
