I was at trillium for a crown prep on 11-11-14 and was a little nervous. This was my first time having work done here and I had just started coming here. But from the time I walked in the ladies at the desk assured me that it would all be fine. After getting ready Dr. Bill and Chris came in and talked me through it all and we had a great session. Megan and Barb and the entire staff are always an absolute joy to work with. I've been going to Trillium for years and have nothing but a wonderful experience every time. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and all around fantastic to work with. I visit Trillium's facilities at least 3-4 times a year and they make every experience a pain free delight, no matter what work is being done. Had my teeth cleaned today. Excellent thorough job and a pleasant experience thanks to some mysterious gas. Dr. bill is an excellent dentist. The best I've encountered in my nearly 62 years of life. The bonding work he's done is first rate and holding up well. Best move I've made in a while to change dentists and come to Trillium. Staff very friendly and competent.
