The staff was friendly and thorough. They were very helpful as well as knowledgable. The equipment was clean and right after use it was sterilized while I was sitting there. The doctor was very congenial and had a good attitude. The exam was also very thorough and he identified each problem area, answered my questions, ad gave me a print out of his suggestions so that I could think about things. There was no pressure to schedule the work that needed to be done and the staff even made a personalized care plan for me.

Excellent staff, dentists, oral surgeon. They make sure that you have no guesswork as far as billing goes and keep you involved in the plan of care. They make sure that you are comfortable with every step of the process. I won't go anywhere else.

I recently had Dr. Sean extract all 4 of my wisdom teeth on the same day. I was scared to death as I am 49 years old and should of had this done a while ago. Dr. Sean was AWESOME! I needed a little extra mental babying..LOL...and he was so gentle and professional. It had been a while since I had any real dental work done and was so pleased at the new technology in the Trillium office...my xrays showed up on a screen immediately, and I didn't even have to feel the pain of the numbing injections before the extractions!
