Dr. Chowdhury was awful and getting angry when told him I didn’t want insoles and kept cutting me off. He even pushed this crazy looking device to arch my feet which I didn’t want to use but he insisted and started accusing me of false information. The floor was also pretty dirty. The assistant looked uncomfortable and other assistants in the front talk about other patients problems out loud which is against CoC, the confidentiality code. Terrible! My first time and I had to cancel my appointment. The office was SUPER DIRTY, stuff in the floor, and the from desk girls talking, making jokes and eating! They had me there waiting , until I decided just to go . Very unprofessional!
If I can I would give them a negative star. I would give the staff a negative twenty. The staff in the front desk are very unprofessional. All of them have nasty attitudes. They do not and will not help you with any questions or concerns. They have no patience and don’t resolve any concerns you may have. Also overheard them laughing with each other about patients in the office. Saying rude comments and making fun of patients. Other than the staff, the doctor was great.
I have been attending here for myself and my daughter for about a year. At first I had no issues until recently. My daughter had to follow up and the encounter I had with Dr. Chowdhury was awful. My daughter has a deformity with her knees and after completing PT, her therapist typed up a letter on how she would benefit for an AFO. Dr. Chowdhury was absolutely rude when I mentioned it to him and refused to read the letter and explanation. He kept cutting me off while I was speaking and talking over me.
