After my recent visit to the Podiatry Center, I am not ashamed to say that I had a really spectacular experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and comfortable which is something I often don’t see in other places. The doctor took their time to listen to me and my problems and they were able to effectively explain what was going on with me in an easy manner. The girl in the front is rude and not empathetic at all. Whoever answered the phone on monday at 12 need to be fired or taught phone etiquette.
Lack of communication. I made a last minute appointment that was urgent for my children and they didn’t let my mother take them instead of me. Nobody notified me that I had to fill out a paperwork beforehand.
