Very poor information-gathering prior to setting up a consultation turned me completely off; they wanted every piece of info in triplicate---instead of organizing submitted info the first time---so that "duplication of effort" is eliminated. This administrative gaffe annoyed me so much that I am reconsidering my options.

When I walked into her office my first words were to her "cut them off....both of them". That was how bad the pain was and how over it I was. Dr. O completely got rid of my plantar fasciitis. And that was after my old doc told me I would need surgery. The pain laser treatments really do work. Love my orthotics too!
Amazing - I struggled for over 2 years with Plantar Fasciitis & with Dtr. O's diligence - I am now pain free!! Tenex procedure has been amazing for me!! No pain!! I am so excited to enjoy walking again!! Thank you Dtr. O!!!!!!
