Terrible and very rude billing customer service. The office is not responsive. Aetna new patient appointments are billed at over $200 for an appointment that took less than 20 minutes with no x-rays or additional services. I had to do to another doctor's office to get a second opinion and they charged me $100 less. The doctors here are idiotic. If you have the option, I suggest you go elsewhere.
RecommendedI like the way the insurance people, desk / reception ladies, appointment people, referral Department all do their jobs very well, and make my life easy. Last but not forgotten, my favorite foot doctor, only got one, 😉 Doctor Dan, went into surgery with 5 toes and came out with 5 toes...👍🏻 He's the Best ! 😊
My wife went in for bunion surgery and now she takes 9 prescription pills PER DAY and hangs a handicap placard from her rear view mirror. Thanks Dr Clymer
My husband and I have both gone to this office. We have both had the same experience. Dr. Brian O does a fantastic job diagnosing and helping treat his patients, his bedside manner is spot on and he is very compassionate. However, the billing is terrible and they charge you for multiple visits when visits could be streamlined alleviating multiple office visits and multiple co-pays. Make sure your insurance covers any supplies (walking boot, night splint, socks, etc) BEFORE you accept them, other wise Podiatry Associates will rip you off!. I was not told that my insurance didn't cover the supplies. Now i have a bill from Podiatry Associates in front of me for a $223 walking boot. The same EXACT boot sells on Amazon.com for $43.99.
