I love it up here. I will for sure be back. Beautiful places everything is close like grocery store, Walmart. Camelback skiing area, casinos and much more. The place we stayed in is beautiful.
R- I'M RECENTLY RETIRED FROM NY. I AM RENTING IN G SECTION. OUR FAMILY LOVES APCP. EXCELLENT STAFF ,FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS, LOTS OF AMENITIES FOR OUR CHILDREN. CLOSE TO ALL THE POCONOS MOUNTAINS HAVE TO OFFER. ENJOYED OUR FIRST WHITE CHRISTMAS. BEEN VACATIONING IN THE AREA FOR OVER 20 YEARS. VERY PROUD TO FINALLY BECOMING PART OF THE POCONOS FAMILY COMMUNITY. WOULD RECOMMEND APCP TO ONLY THE WORTHY.
There's still no turning lane. Which actually needs to be at not only the main gate, but JKL gate as well. According to statement made in a article, the grant you all received to make the turning lane expires the end of the year. So what's the hold up, and update. People are being car crashed to death daily. save lives on route 196. these crashes dont only take place at night, its the day time too. p
I been living in apcp for 4 years no issues my girls and husband love it. We have made new friends and our neighbors are so helpful and nice.. My girls love the pool we like the dog park for our dog as well. The schools are amazing. Wouldn't change it for nothing in the world. I live in the G section.

Arrived late yesterday for a week on vacation at a rental house on the lake. The house and host are very nice as is everyone at welcome center. We are a group of 15 aged 12-78. It was raining very hard early this am, stopped raining about 8am, has been cloudy all day and now bout 4pm they say we will have major thunderstorms. So the pool, snack stand, beach and paddle boats are not available for use. The club house has zero to do all week. Everything in the area is outdoors and cost a fortune. Very bored and disappointed.
