Our family paid for 8 people to enter the pool facility. 2 members (kids) wanted to have a snack so we stepped out for a few minutes for the kids to eat their snack. This was only about 5 minutes. When we tried to go back inside, we were told that we are not allowed to because theyre at capacity??? They sold more bracelets than what they can accommodate so we were stuck outside while our toddler was in the pool. Horrible experience with management. Very poor customer service and grounds are disgusting with garbage all around. Buyer beware, renters- stay away
As just an AirBnb renter I had a horrible experience with the management of this association. If I could give a zero, I would. There is no professionalism or courtesy when dealing with customers. Jay, the recreational director was a horror to deal with. Because of 1 fair and respectful email and 1 phone call that he made to me, the owners were issued a harassment fine and my boat rental was canceled. We relocated from NJ and it’s been wonderful living here. Peaceful place and great for kids. My family have enjoyed the nature and relaxing environment around here and it’s been the best decision ever to move here!!💖
I am not getting a communication level with upper level management mean while the front office is always nice and informative I got locked out of the community because I am late on my dues for a vacant lot witch I just got 3 months ago I do have a house which I pay all the dues in advance I was thinking they will bill me monthly on the vacant lot I guess I think to much overall it's a nice place as a home owner I'll need to go to the community meeting more.
