We have owned our property for about 30 years, 10 years full time, can't think of a better place to be. Beautiful country, many amenities, many activities, and many committees you can join to meet your neighbors. The greatest neighbors, who will help you at a moment's notice. Great Board of Directors, and an excellent Administration, with an excellent Community Manager, and a very good Public Safety. Our roads and facilities are kept beautifully by the Maintenance Dept. Yep, this is a great place to live.
well i am sick of the front desk people most of them are very rude .... i am sick have to pay dues and not feel protected at all ..they need street lights because it gets very dark on the streets and its easy for someone to get hurt ... also the side gates need to be blocked off more cuz anyone can get in so how is it a gated community... you have to pay so much money for so little ...
APCP offers more activities than most any community in Monroe County. Especially with the most recent activity Director. Kudos to him for offering so many different activities to the residents. Lots of things to do in here if you want to get to know your neighbors. I plan on attending Paint the town.
We have been here for almost a year working on our house that will be up for sale shortly at 109,900. We have made great friends here and really like the amenities and security. Our 3 bedroom 2 full bath home is completely redone with new stainless steel appliances and upgraded kitchen and baths. We have enjoyed skiing and the local cuisine over the winter, Good times for all !
