Excellent service. Storage area clean and well lit. Easy access to drive up unit. Always have felt safe when accessing the unit, which has been frequently.
First, the app was easy to use. Customer service is great. And my unit is what I expected.

First 6 days was great. Suddenly I received emails that I was late on a payment from accounting. Yes, after 6 days and I thought I paid upfront. The manager or owner had emailed me apologizing about the new staff member making an error and I should have been charged the full amount when I opened the unit. It’s been a little over two weeks and they locked my unit as well… even tho I said I understand and will come in to pay the 31.00. That turned to 51.00.
