I was very impressed with the security. I received an email that Something was wrong with my locker. I never latched it properly. They noticed it. all the stuff ever towards me pretty friendly they’ve never hesitate to help me out when I need it. I would definitely recommend this place 110%.
We just rented a storage unit here and were very pleased with the price, friendly staff, and cleanliness of the unit we rented.
Other than the fact that every time I go there, there's a vehicle blocking my unit and I have to ask them to move for ask the desk to find them for me to move... the staff are nice. There should also be amenities on hand for deliveries such as a transition for the drive up units to use since there is a 1 inch or so rise from the parking lot.
I live in Langley but I was also their customer when I was residing in Aldergrove. They go above and beyond to make sure your stuff in the storage is safe. I had gone out of country when they found out that I did not lock my storage unit properly. They were regularly in touch with emails about the next step. I have so many good things to talk about it.
