My kids love Dr. Duty. And her nurse. She cares, she is smart, and she is a very good Dr. This is the only reason why we still drive an hour to bring our kids here.. I have seen other Drs and was not impressed at all, sometimes when I bring my kids in they get sick right after maybe they need to sanitize a bit better, and there is a snotty rude receptionist that probably shouldn't still have her job.. We look past all of that because Dr. duty is amazing..

went there last night for my son. he has goopy swollen eyes and a nasty cough and a runny nose. they said its viral which is fine. they won't give him antibiotics which is fine. however, they give him eye drops for a bacterial infection. doesn't make sense but still alright. they bandaged a burn on my sons finger. while cutting all the materials the nurse did not wear gloves but she wore gloves while touching the open wound. so bacterial got on his bandages. when she put the medicated ointment on his finger, she used a tongu... read more
Very rude receptionist. I've only taken my baby there once. First impression was it wasn't a very friendly or personable place. I thought I would give it another chance and I tried to schedule another routine check-up, but the receptionist was very rude, so we will be going to another office. We loved our pediatrician's office/group in IF and was hoping to find something similar here in Pocatello.
Dr Denton is fantastic, as well as all the staff and other doctors. Gives me a good piece of mind taking my kids to a place where you can tell the doctors care.
When I visited clinic (4 children sick..they was able to get all the appoitments togeather..which was Awsume..the nurses where kind and very patient..all the Dr.s were fabulous.with each child and patient as I took notes..thank you very much
It's okay, there's just so many kids that go there. I prefer a closer relationship with my dr. But the doctors are very great doctors....
I wasn't every happy the 2 times that I have had to deal with this clinic. Each time they have treated me as if I were dumb and didn't know anything. First of all my child is on medicaid and this clinic is the provider. The first time they didn't want to make an appointment for me to see anyone but the front desk was willing to call in a prescription. I wasn't comfortable with this a all.
