We were very impressed with the office as a whole. Dr Parsons answered questions I didn’t even knew I had! Took her time with us and was very detailed oriented.
Love Dr. Parsons. She is absolutely wonderful and really cares for her patients. Couldn't be happier with her. Really grateful to have her as my grand son's pediatrician.
The staff at the front desk are very unpleasant. I dred calling and speaking to anyone at that front desk. I would leave if i didn't love our doctor. Training, training training!!!! It may be just a cough to you but to me she is my everything!
They are fine with general medical care but not with type 1 diabetes.
Amazing staff and Medical Providers
My two children have been going here since they were born. Unfortunately, after these last two years we’ve had an AWFUL experience. My oldest is 5 & has a labia/vaginal adhesion. She was seen by her regular doctor Dr. Murdoch. He had prescribed her estrogen cream to apply on a very certain way for it to come apart. Which we did for almost a year. Long story short the biller Kay told my husband that if his ex didn’t pay her portion she was sending both of them to collections. We paid our portion right away. She continued to tell him he was a dead beat dad. Yet we were the only party that paid, or she could even get a hold of! We have majority custody of his two girls and his ex owes us thousands in back child support and medical bills. Stereotype much Kay !?!
