My husband and I have been eating at Poblano grills since we moved to Edmond over 15 years ago. Been going to the north may location since it moved from Northlparke mall. In all the years of eating here, we've never had any problems. We've always have excellent service and the food is always GREAT! The staff is wonderful! We live much closer to Ted's, but prefer Poblano's! This is our favorite restaurant and we eat here every week!

When Pablano was at North Park mall I could say it was good, not great, but good. Almost from the beginning in the new location it has been poor bordering on terrible. Salsa is like water, queso too. Any decent Mexican food restaurant would have good to great salsa and quest as well as tortilla’s. Food is very blah. I don’t understand why people go there when there are so many better choices in the same area. Last night a large group of us from NWC met there for our monthly get-together. It was horrible! When we reserved the room we were told the $30 charge would be taken off the total tab but wasn't. It was divided between us. OK, but the manager refused to honor what we were told. It took about 30 min after we all arrived for our orders to be taken and then quite a while before the food arrived. We did have chips etc. My tab for a glass of ice tea and an enchilada dinner was $19.75, which included the tip, tax and room fee. Too... read more

Enchiladas, quest and salsa were good! I was surprised by the sweetness of the chili sauce. The sangria Swirl is delicious, while the regular margarita on the rocks wasn't impressive.
