Great food and service! Enchiladas are the bomb, cheese dip is excellent and salsa is incredible!

What did y’all do to your tortillas??????? Please don’t fall into the category of all the other Mexican restaurants here that have those horrible fake tortillas. We are regulars and have made Poblanos our go to Mexican restaurant bc of how awesome ur tortillas are combined with the food. We came tonight and they were horrible! We left very disappointed and not sure if we wanna come back now. PLEASE go back to the old ones!

Use to love going here but now the service is extremely poor. Went Saturday and the waiter double charged us for our meals, got orders wrong, drinks left unfilled, and had to ask twice for chips to be refilled. Disappointed in the staff and the lack of any form of professionalism!!
Have eaten at Poblano Grill for many years. Never, ever disappointed with food or servers. Staff is friendly while still maintaining their professionalism. Still remain my favorite Mexican restaurant.
