I have always owned suburban’s. I heard really good things on the Yukon’s and decided that is what I wanted. To make a long story short, I should have stayed with the bigger vehicle. So after 2 months I took it back in and talked with Sean Curran & Chris Quinn. They were awesome and did a fantastic job making sure I received not only a Yukon XL but gave me a great deal. After expressing interest in a car a week ago today and being promised that the vehicle would be brought to the local dealer --- I have yet to see the car. Let alone even hear back from 3 different people in sales, including the sales manager. I have followed up and called and texted inquiring about this vehicle only to be told by the dealer that the vehicle is at that they are not even allowed to bring it to Quincy in a dealer trade. Ive bought numerous brand new vehicles at the same dealership in Pekin, Illinois over 10 years. I had a problem while in Quincy with my new truck. I wheeled in to Poage service department, walked in, stumbled upon John, told him what was up, and recieved excellent service on getting my truck repaired asap and a vehicle to drive for the weekend. That quality service is hard to find. I never have recieved that kind before. John and the Poage service department is exactly why i will take all my business there from here on out.
