Had some issues with a previous car purchase at a different dealer and when I came to Poage, everyone was very helpful and listened to what I needed in a car. They took things very seriously and assured me they'd find me a car to suit my needs and they did! I love my new car and I will continue to go to Poage for future purchases!
My car was towed to poage last Tuesday, 10 days ago. I lost my car keys so I called poage to see if they could help me out. Dan told me to have my car towed there and he would have it done in about two days. A lock needs pulled in order to make a new key. I’ve called daily checking on the progress of my car. The first 7 days the only response I got was “ we have people out sick” and “we haven’t got to it yet”. I understand it’s flu season. But still there has to be someone who can work on my car. Ive said it before and ill say it again. Ill NEVER take my truck anywhere but Poage👊 the service department is KEY. John Renier is the only MF that ill ever let overlook the service of my truck, ever... it took me 22 yrs and 3 dozen vehicles to find the right place. If he leaves, i leave. top notch facility
