10AM on a Tuesday: “The teller who can deposit checks isn’t here. But you can still use the ATM” At least the person was apologetic. This is supposed to be a bank! Lol
How does a bank not take deposits or withdrawals. I told them they are not a bank anymore. She said of course we are a bank we are a solution center. They didn’t solve my problem. I needed to make a deposit. For what purpose to I need a bank branch that does t take or dispense money.
There are no tellers here. Despite being a branch. Should be labeled as PNC ATM?
No tellers. No customer service. Literally 3 tenth of a mile from my house, but I have to travel to a branch much further away. Inconvenient. Just close this branch. It's useless
