I was a BBVA customer. When they were acquired by PNC, the transfer was advertised to us as a seamless process. When I signed in on the first day, the only account listed as mine was indeed not mine and was one which had closed 2 years ago and had a zero balance.I am out of town more often than I am home and out of the country very often. The lack of overdraft policy on non virtual wallet account. They process transactions in the late evening so they can charge you an overdraft the next morning. They dont provide any notifications letting you know that your account has been overdrawn until the fee has been applied to your account. Which means they give you no time to add the money to the account to void the overdraft fee.
The transition from BBVA was a complete joke. I have been without access to my own money for going on four days now. WIll be closing my account ASAP.

BBVA is without question among the worst banks you could ever imagine dealing with. Card was flagged and blocked on thursday (normal transactions) so i verified Friday (because they have NOBODY after bank hours that can unblock a card); then blocked again Friday and stayed blocked through the whole weekend because nobody available. Then monnday i see they canceled my cards except for one, but also let an actual unauthorized transaction go through for a couple thousand dollars on the account attached to the card still active ... read more

This has to be the worst bank I have ever dealt with, and what's so crazy i have only been with this bank for 2 months and it has not been a good experience i wouldn't recommend using this bank at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i wouldn't even rate this bank 1 star but its not letting me selected ZERO stars as soon as i remove my direct deposit i will have this account CLOSED
My loan was insured through HUD and they never told me this. Was told that in 7-10 years I could qualify to have my PMI removed from my loan. Now I’m trying to update my PMI and cannot as HUD requires you to have PMI through the lifetime of the loan. PNC should disclose this information to people before screwing them over for 30 years

Basically stole ***** dollars from me... Contacted support within the 2 months and they say I never contacted them about the *** that was fraud and wont give me my money or even dispute it because its not in the 2 months but it was....
