BBVA *********** conversion. what a mess what a disaster. Nobody from simple can access their money. BBVA is actually hanging up on people calling to try and fix this problem. My account is locked and i can not access my NEW BBVA account. NO emails only a small item on the webpage and ********* none ot the numbers provided are working. I have called more than 20 times and they either answer but then hang up on you or say they cant hear you then hang up on you. Now the numbers just disconnect. Horrible.
Man oh man well it has been a hectic few days. So far I still have no access to my account or money in that account (since it's allocated in savings). Called customer support across 4 different devices, and around 8 different times just to reach the same conclusion of the person on the other end hanging up (and no it isn't celluar connection because I had 4G LTE full bars). I had a PNC account for a while now. I had a steady amount of money coming in and out because of my job. I had $1500 stolen from me in fraud. I contacted PNC over the issue and they said they were going to provide me a provisional credit. They then turned around and took all of my money and left my account at -$980. I'm not surprised by all of the negative and low star reviews of PNC Bank. I have been a customer for about 50 years and I had a problem with $325 in fees I was charged on a checking account. It was about a balance limit that I didn't meet. It's my fault for not catching it sooner, but I don't look up my account very often, and the bank should have reached out to me long before I discovered the problem. Many thanks to your company for having **** as a Call Center **************** Rep. I called today, May 17th, and **** came on the line, cool as a cucumber. I had several things I needed to talk about. He took each concern and addressed them in order, even after I "snapped" bc I had been on hold for 30mins (sorry about that ****).Honestly, job well done. Awful bank BBVA is what happened to the Simple in terms of banking like Simple was. Been with simple awhile never ever did I have any problems. So go throughout my day 11am message I'm over drawn. I get paid that day for the last year and half every week and never had issues. So I dug more and found out this crazy logic which by the way is deceiving and theft towards customers! Simple accounts transitioned to BBVA 5/8/2021 and now, as many users are experiencing, I cannot access my new account. Immediately upon trying to sign into the new account there was an error message on the website and since then the website tells me my account is locked and to call their customer service number. I have called 3 times and been on hold over 15 minutes and still have not been able to speak with a representative to gain access to my accounts. If I could give zero stars I would! My bank transitioned from Simple to BBVA and it has been the worst experience by far. I have been hung up on multiple times by the automated services. I was not able to create an account, and I still do not have access to my own information. This transition has been awful, and I will definitely be opening an account with another bank. BBVA has not even attempted to resolve the issue or reach out to customers regarding the problems preventing people from accessing their funds/accounts.
The Simple transition has been a disaster. I couldn't setup my new online banking and now the lines are jammed so I can't talk to anyone.As soon as I can access my accounts I'll be switching to a new bank. I miss Simple.
