PNC IS THE WORST! My mother is suffering from Alzheimer's and as a result, had incurred a significant amount of debt. I was APPOINTED BY THE ***** to be her guardian of person and property. To stop the lawsuits and pay her creditors, I had to sell her house. PNC said, "We don't have you listed as an authorized..." Fine. I faxed the paperwork. Called a week later. "We don't have any fax. This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. They claim all they have for correspondence in their "fulfillment department" is a fax machine which is utter b.s.! It is 2021 and that is how you choose to correspond with your customers? Then they connect me to the department to get an answering service with a full voice mailbox that then hangs up on me. The bank told me in person and in writing that my debit card has a daily limit of $3,500. One merchant's mistake completely withdrew my entire account (greater than $10,000) and left me with $0. I called bank bank to cancel the transaction (which they did with the help of the merchant), only to tell me that funds wouldn't be available until the following day. I had to pay merchant with a different card, and I received insufficient funds on other accounts which draft from the **** account and then I had to pay bank those over... read more
These people are horrible. I join PNC some years back and took a credit card through the local branch. I didn't use phone banking at the time due to trust. I my payments history is reviewed you can see something is wrong. They quit sending payments in the mail and I didn't know what to do. I call they told me to go to the branch. The man at the branch said we are closing and I can't help you. I call PNC many times and they just said the same or hung up. After 2 months I had to use there app to pay. Worst banking experience I have ever had. Very rude and could careless that I have banked there for 20+ yrs. Bank manager was extremely rude to me so now I closed all of my accounts and moved to Vystar.
Time to change banks they shut my on line banking down because i have change my pass word there nonething wrong with the pass word i have.than you can not use debit card for 24 hours that all bull ****.I posted on social media about there ****.People really need change banks before they s**** everyone with there changes
Outrageous fees, extremely shady (bordering on illegal) policies allowing them opportunities to steel money. ridiculous holds placed on deposits. Froze then cancelled my accounts due to a deposit not going thru even but though I didn't initiate and messages were sent days prior to transaction declining. Sat on hold for over an hour on 17 different occasions attempting to reach the only person able to fix issue. Left 17 voicemails. Received no call back.

Yes, my husband attempted to transfer money from our income tax check which was put into a greendot card to my BBVA account. He immediately received notification that it wouldn't go through. At that time he used the greendot card to pay our rent instead of waiting days to return to town (he's a truck driver) and deposit it into our BBVA account and he sent a message to BBVA letting them know everything that had happened (he never got any response to this message). I've been a loyal PNC customer for 9 years and have had credit cards with them for 4 years. I was always paying the one card in full each month. I made a larger purchase this year and called them TWICE to ask about my payment. I asked how to avoid interest. At least TWICE different representatives told me that I only needed to pay the minimum balance to avoid interest. I asked "Are you sure?" and they all confirmed YES. So what happens? The most dishonest bank. The give no info or date when yr balance transfer runs out. Then charge you interest when you don't pay it off on time...because you had no info and didn't know. Would not reverse the $66 charge.I then paid it off in full, per statement.Now they're charging me another $33.DISHONEST Now PNC which is also horrible. Stay away.
