Hired Mr. Nay to do an appraisal on two pieces of property after my mothers death. He gave me a lowball appraisal on one of the properties, so I reached out to him thru both emails and messaging, with no response. Received email from company today, stating that Mr. Nay had passed away and demanding payment for the shotty appraisal. And if payment is made, they’re going to turn it over to their attorney! This company is very dishonest and unprofessional!!!
